Q1.Do you accept returns?
A1.We accept returns up to 14 days after you have received the items. Note: the customer
must pay freight for the return of such items.
Q2.Will you accept less than the retail price?
A2.Due to the cost of shipping we will normally discount all items to save our customer
money to off-set the cost of shipping. Note:All purchases in excess of $100.00 will incur
a discount on the purchase and pay no shipping fees.
Q3. If an Item is received broken, what is the return policy?
A3. If an item is received broken, we will reship the item at as soon as possible. You may
keep the item and discard it. Just let us ASAP, our goal is to make our customers
happy with their purchase, making our customers happy is our top priorty.
